2. Calibrate the Micropipettor: Before using the micropipettor, it is essential to calibrate it. This process ensures that the micropipettor is delivering the correct volume. Calibration may involve using a calibration weight or a calibration standard provided by the manufacturer.

3. Attach the Tip: Gently insert the tip into the micropipettor until it clicks into place. Ensure that the tip is securely attached to avoid spills or inaccurate measurements.

4. Set the Volume: Adjust the micropipettor to the desired volume. Most micropipettors have a volume adjustment button or a dial that allows you to set the volume. Double-check the volume setting to ensure accuracy.
