Deleting an Email on Desktop
1. Log in to your Gmail account on a web browser.
2. Navigate to the inbox where the email you want to delete is located.
3. Find the email and click on it to open it.
4. Once the email is open, click on the “Delete” button, which is represented by a trash can icon.
5. A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click “Delete” to confirm the deletion.
6. The email will be moved to the “Trash” folder. To permanently delete the email, click on the “Empty Trash” button on the left sidebar.
Deleting an Email on Mobile
1. Open the Gmail app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Navigate to the inbox where the email you want to delete is located.
