How to Permanently Delete Instagram Messages

1. Open Instagram and Navigate to the Message Section

The first step in permanently deleting Instagram messages is to open the Instagram app on your device. Once you’re logged in, tap on the chat icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen. This will take you to your message inbox.

2. Select the Conversation You Want to Delete

Scroll through your message inbox and find the conversation that contains the messages you want to delete. Tap on the conversation to open it.

3. Delete Individual Messages

If you only want to delete specific messages within the conversation, you can do so by tapping and holding on the message you want to delete. A menu will appear with various options. Select “Delete” and confirm your choice.

4. Delete All Messages in the Conversation
